Interest in the Republican convention is running unusually high because of Donald Trump’s maverick campaign and the possibility of a historic “knock-down, drag out” floor fight over a nominee, said Thomas Whalen, a political historian at Boston University. “It’s going to be compelling television viewing,“ he said.
Developers begin $115 million apartment project: Cleveland-University Circle Area Continues to Shine for Investors
Construction is scheduled to begin in March (2016) for a $115 million high end apartment complex to serve baby boomers and those who want to be nearby some of the top medical facilities and arts region in the country.
Cleveland’s University Circle area once again is preparing for another change to the landscape as investors find the region a safe bet during these uncertain economic times. Sam Petros remarked that the lending interest rates were also an important piece of the puzzle.
University Circle has been in a residential construction boom over the past several years.
